Description

COVID-19 has brought unprecedented human challenges including the challenge of how to perform jobs. Many companies around Tennessee have risen to the occasion, acting swiftly to migrate to a new way of working.

But how has this change impacted employees?

In many cases, employees are finding themselves in multiple roles, such as parent, teacher and caregiver, all while trying to stay productive at work. This shift can result in feelings of disconnection, isolation and feelings of being overwhelmed. All of which can lead to low engagement.
